Our objective was to help our clients overcome specific obstacles that made arranging training and development more difficult for them. For example:
The cost and time required to bring participants to one physical location for training, in a multi-location business.
The negative impact half day or full day absence from the business has on day-to-day operations.
In addition to the flexibility of the virtual training sessions, additional costs such as meeting room and equipment hire, refreshments and accommodation and travel costs for a trainer are also eliminated.
Covering subjects we offer in our Short Course portfolio, up to eight participants join an experienced trainer in a live training session, from their desktop, laptop or mobile device. High interactive and engaging, content is delivered using a suite of tools such as virtual whiteboards, screen sharing and polls. Keeping the training methods that we use in more transitional classroom-based training, participants learn through trainer-led discussion, exercises and action-planning.
Each module is approximately 45 minutes in duration, which means that participants are away from the workplace for less than an hour.
We provide our clients with an end to end service, providing comprehensive communication packs, which include Joining Instructions, Manager Briefings, Technical guidelines and Worksheets for use during the sessions. As part of the experience, participants will be given access to Key Learning Videos, which are pe-recorded, which provides an opportunity to reflect on how they have applied their learning a couple of weeks after attending the session.
