Classroom Training

All of our Classroom Training courses place a strong emphasis on working collaboratively with attendees to develop meaningful and achievable action plans. To embed skills and knowledge and enable attendees to more effectively apply their learning back in the workplace, a popular element of our courses is post-course coaching to help participants tackle any obstacles they may have encountered when implementing their action plans. This involves a follow-up call by the trainer with each delegate usually about a week after the training course. We cover three different areas with our classroom training. Behavioural Skills courses help individuals to address issues they face in a work environment in a positive and productive way.
